I'm not sure if Dr. Archambeault is a member of this list or not. Displacement 
current is not a well understood item (at least compared to conduction 
current). So, a discussion would likely be of interest to many on the list. I 
have conveniently picked up this thread to ask those questions but their scope 
is not limited to Dr. Archambeault or his presentation.

displacement currents vs conduction currents. 

1. Do they have comparable magnitudes?
2. Do they flow at comparable speeds?
