[SI-LIST] RLC model of a conducting wire

Hi,

If RLC is a property of a material. It means any piece of wire can also
be represented as a RLC. Does this mean a perfectly conducting wire, it
is having 0 ohm resistance, 0 inductance and infinite capacitance.
