Charles,

Rfixture is a resistor that is connected between the pad
and a voltage source called Vfixture.  Kind of like a=20
Thevenin circuit.

Your example means that the 500 Ohm Rfixture resistor is
connected between the pad and 0V (i.e. GND).

As I understand it the addition of the R_Fixture and V_fixture is to
specify the loading conditions under which the waveforms are taken.=20
I am a little confused as to the physical representation. For example:

V_fixture =3D 0.000

What does the V_Fixture actually mean? Is the pin grounded ?
