Why don't you target the via barrel to probe the vias?you can select a pin
which is sharp and gets in touch with the via barrel.

Highspeed nets are typically backdrilled, which makes them very hard to access
and measure. Does any know any fixture vendor that can design a probe array
that reach inside backdrilled vias and enable designers to make electrical
measurements?
Something similar to this, but works with backdrilled vias.
