[SI-LIST] Pads layout to HSPICE postroute

Hi SIexperts,
Can anybody tell me the way to convert
the pads layout files to Hspice inputs to do the post
route simulation. Longback i heard that there is a
utility called PADS LPE to do the conversion. But i am
not sure. Could anybody throw light on this?
