Your Responsibilities: High frequency package characterization, including EM modeling for RF and high frequency signalling applications, advise RF and high frequency package design, signal integrity circuit simulation for high speed IO such as PCI Express, RF and DDR. Your Profile: MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE in high frequency EM modeling with EM software like HFSS, CST Microwave, or Sonnet. Experience in signal integrity of high frequency circuits such as RF and PCI Express using such circuit simulators as SPECTRE, HSPICE, or ADS. Experience in test measurements with preferably both VNA and TDR test equipment experience. Experience in working with wirebond substrate package design for optimal package performance for high speed circuits. Preferred candidates are expected to have at least a masters in electrical engineering.
