[SI-LIST] PCIe 3.0 Electro-mechanical (CEM) Specification

Hello all
I am searching for the PCIe 3.0 CEM specification on the PCI-SIG website,
and I cannot find it for the life of me. The BASE specification has been
out for almost 2 years, but no signs of the CEM. I have seen people
referencing CEM 3.0 spec, but I have not been able to locate it anywhere.
Any help pointing me to where I can find it would be greatly appreciated.
