Jebakumar, ...Fining it very hard to believe that you can't find a model for the PCI connector. If you have actually performed an exhaustive search and did not find either the S parameters or model you will have to obtain a sample and measure the S parameters yourself. I would be willing to bet if you try a bit harder you can find both the S parameters, and a model from one of the connector vendors. Have you tried Samtech and FCI? Either way it would still be a good idea to take some of your own measurements.
