Hi Jia
I think UltraCad Software do give the calculation for PCB current =

Subject: [SI-LIST] PCB current carrying capacity calculation

Hi All,
=20
I'm using PCBtemp to do the calculation, it's easy to use but may not =
good enough.
Does anyone have some better ideas/tools or should I run some =
simulations by using thermal tools?

Thank you in advance,
Jia zhao
