Sunil, look at the circuit model. Set up the model with a driver
working against the two line sections. Compare that model to the case
of a driver and a single line. For the loosely coupled case I hope the
resulting parasitic values will be obvious from inspection of the
circuit diagram. If not, I recommend Eric Bogatin's book, "Signal
Integrity Simplified".
