This is often recommended in datasheets and application notes of high-speed

Subject: [SI-LIST] Opening in Ground Plane

Hi all

In the Evaluation Board of an A/D we have seen there is an opening in some
area in the ground plane (just after TOP layer) beneath the analog
differential input.

the figures of the first 3 layers are attached.

what could be the reasons of designer for doing so?

Best Regards.
