[SI-LIST] Non-negative off diagonal capacitive matrix

Hi I am running fastcap with the following setup
5 parallel conductors with a ground plane (also a large sheet of
conductor) under the 5 parallel conductors.
However, I keep on getting some non-negative off-diagoanl in my
capacitance matrix. If I removed the conductor, I will not ahve this
problem.
Anyone know how to get around this problem?
