Well, just got an answer for my own question. This is from Mentor technical
support:

Add the following option in quad.gcf file:

ALLOW_PIN_OVERLAPS = TRUE

"isf2xtk" proceed with some errors related to stuffed option, but it is a
progress compared with previous  simulation when isf2xtk just stopped. Will
check out the xtk files.
