Gopal,
For all your questions on MPC860, please refer to the datasheets and
enough information is there to calculate the current and to calculate
whether buffer is required for data buses or not..
If you still have the doubt, you need to contact the Motorola service
engineer..
Rarely you will get reply for these questions that too only from people
who currently works on MPC860..
