Ph.D. or MSEE with equivalent experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
The required experience for this position includes:
1) 10+ years experience in RF circuit design of instrumentation and/or
communications circuitry. Strong electronic design experience must include
all aspects of design from theory and simulation to schematic capture and
PCB layout.
2) Demonstrated success in the architecture and implementation of electronic
hardware design projects is required. The ability to define and optimize
circuit
topologies for efficient implementation and design reuse is necessary.
3) Strong theoretical and practical background in advanced microwave circuit
design is required including:
a. EM modeling and mechanical shielding design for isolation
b. Frequency synthesizer/PLL design
c. High dynamic range, broad-band frequency converter design
4) A firm grasp of the effects of non-linearity, phase noise, I/Q mismatch,
group
delay, magnitude distortion, image folding and other circuit/system
