There are very few datasheets that give enough information to do any cross
checking of IV and VT curves vs the part's specification. Some ECL datasheets
will give you rise and fall time limits. There are some parts that are slew
rate limited that may have clues in the datasheets. There are a few parts that
give typical IV curves but no limits.

Good luck

Subject: [SI-LIST] IBIS VT & VI curve verification

Hello:

I was searching the SI archive for IBIS model VI
and VT verification using the datasheet, but couldn't
find anything related to that.

Can someone explain how can i verify the VI and
VT curve againts the datasheet ?

Thanks in advance.

Lin
