HI John,

The usage of IBIS model containing driver schedule is the same with other 
buffer's ,
such as ,
IO, Output .... The only difference is that the model contains driver schedule.
For example,

B1 nd_pu nd_pd nd_out nd_in nd_en nd_oti nd_pc nd_gc
+ file = 'driver.ibs'
+model = 'driver1'
+ power = on/off
+ ....
