[SI-LIST] Hspice: use S-Parameter model extracted from CST

Hi,
I try to get S parameter Touchstone file for a differential via in CST
Microwave Studio and then use it in Hspice. CST can generate the Touchstone
file in many ways and I have a hard time to get the right one. The ones that
I obtained do not give the expected signal curves simulated in Hspice.
