Michael,
I can't comment on the video course but as an ex-student
of his graduate level "Grounding and Shielding" class I know
he (and the rest of the EMC group: Van Doren, Drewniak, et al)
is interested in the needs of industry so I would expect it
to be quite informative and geared towards practical matters.
You might consider giving him a call... ;-)
