=20 > I want to know more details about HSTL and SSTL. =20 Two excellent sources for enhancing your knowledge of HSTL (High-Speed Transceiver Logic) and SSTL (Stub-Series Terminated Logic) are Brian Young's book (Digital Signal Integrity Modeling and ....) and Tom Granberg's (Digital Techniques for High-Speed Design). The HSTL specifications for both drivers and receivers are described and compared to several other signaling standards on pages 10 to 11 of Brian Young's book. Tom Granberg has devoted a complete chapter, pages 129 to 163, to discussion of HSTL and SSTL logic families and their applications.
