Hi Steve,

        Thanks for the reply.

        I have tried referring to that manual, but I could not make it, as I 
would like to configure different spacing between the adjacent single ended or 
differential traces/lines. I am not finding any such examples there.

        Please help me if you have any sample deck for this kind of simulations 
or direct me to some link where I can get some sample decks.

The U element is documented rather nicely in the HSPICE manual provided 
to all licensed users.
