Has anybody tested MCB for 800G stuff w.r.t IEEE 802.3 ck ? Anyone has any
insight which boardmount connector gives the best performance (w.r.t IL / RL /
X-Talk ) ?

Multi lane MCB’s meets IEEE’s Mated test fixture spec ,particularly
transmission loss with a little violations !
If you think they are expensive ,you can build your own MCB !
For HCB ,you can try wilder tech !
