I would thank to all for valuable comments.
I cound't find in the SATA spec. a polarity flipping requirement, therefor I 
have asked the community (if it may be common pactise..., but it seems not).  I 
will ask finally some specialists, otherwise the proposal from Steve, to rework 
a cable (already done) will cause the least pain...

PCI Express polarity reversal was not designed to meet the need of PCB design 
errors, it was designed to facilitate package pin assignment, routing, and 
de-skew simplification.
