Responsibilities:
Member of the Hardware Product Development team that will be responsible for 
all aspects of hardware product development. Primary duty is the design, debug, 
test, and sustaining of high speed network logic cards. Tasks include 
performance feasibility analysis, developing hardware architecture, writing 
hardware design documents, and prepare schematics. Must be able to carry design 
through concept and architectural reviews to final qualification and release to 
manufacturing. Responsible for supporting diagnostics, drivers, and software 
development. 

Skills Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years experience in telecommunication hardware development. 
Experience with system level design and debug
Knowledge of 1Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet MAC, switch and PHY 
Experience with high speed interfaces and PCB layout
FPGA/CPLD design and debug using Verilog
Familiar with optic modules and copper interfaces
Knowledge in Optical components, Power Supply Design, Analog circuit design, 
Digital circuit design, and Microprocessor implementation. 
Technically proficient with PSPICE, CAD tools and Microsoft based programs. 
Additional experience includes magnetic, EMI thermal design and high-speed 
optical interfaces. 
Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work 
independently or in a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to estimate and schedule projects.
