Steve,
I am trying to extract from the R,X,Z plot from the vendor.

As per your suggested in your doc. "CPAR can be obtained by solving for the 
parallel Admittance at a frequency well beyond the impedance peak". I 
calculated the values(From the enclosed graph) and the  calculation as attached.

But I found that there is a mismatch between the calculated value from LTSPICE 
in Max. Impedance@100MHz from the vendor specified. Please suggest the method 
to calculate.

Jack, you can extract the effective parallel capacitance either from S 
parameters or an R, X, Z plot.
