[SI-LIST] Dynamic Clamp

Hi,
I need to create an IBIS file for an internally terminated LVDS receiver.
I created an IBIS file using a series resistor in IBIS, but some simulators
do not
support this. I have heard other people mention using a dynamic clamp. I
looked at IBIS spec v 3.2, but didn't quite understand where I define the
submodel.
Can someone point me to an example or literature on using a dynamic clamp?
Does anyone know if some simulators do not support a dynamic clamp?
