[SI-LIST] Differential mode noise Interference

Hi All,
I am trying to understand what is differential mode noise/interference on a
differential signal.
I am trying to create an stressed eye to a serial IO Rx pins running at
8Gbps. To create stress on amplitude, planing to add differential mode
interference.
But not sure on the relation between differential mode interference signal
amplitude/frequency and eye height of the differential signal and how they
get combined.
