Hi,
Virtually all of major processor and FPGA vendors have an evaluation board
for their products in which they utilized DDR2 or DDR3; and
schematics/GERBER files is usually available.
So if you know to which processor/FPGA that DDR2 is connected to, you can
find an evaluation board for that processor/FPGA and see if its schematics
or GERBER files is available.
But a better point to start is a Designer's checklist from FreeScale named:
AN2910.pdf : Hardware and layout Design Consideration for DDR2
