You can do this using the equation writer in Awaves, or you can export your
data to a spreadsheet.
First plot the voltages in dB and do your division.
Then, you can use the equation writer, or the spreadsheet to do the math.
You can use 20*log(sqrt(sumsq(x,y))) to get the Real and Imaginary parts
from the result of your division.

But doesn't that FIRST take the voltage Magnitude (V is same as VM), and
THEN divide them? I'm looking to FIRST divide the COMPLEX (Real+Im)
voltages and THEN get the resultant magnitude and phase, and probe it. =
