You might want to check the web sites of the major cap makers. They often
have SPICE models available, which gives the ESR and ESL parasitics as well
as the cap value. (Some of the tool vendors, such as Cadence, have links to
the cap makers that have models.)

Is there any capacitor supplier which could provide capacitor with high ESR?
The capacitance should be larger than 0.1uF. The package should be small,
such as 0402 or 0603. The ESR should be from 1ohm to 20ohm. The ESL should
be as small as possible.
Any information will be helpful.
