Thanks for your reply.
I used Q3D to do the extraction and the difference is 1pF. @100MHz, the 
capacitance is about 11.5pF, while 10pF @1GHz. Altough the difference is small, 
I still want to know why has this change.

I suspect you are seeing "rounding" errors from the simulation engine.

Hi Experts,
Happy new year!
When I extract the RLCG of ideal transmission line, I observe that the 
capacitance varies in different frequency, although it's small. In my opinion, 
the capacitance should keep same when the frequency changes, because I set the 
relative dielectric constants same in all the frequency.
Could anybody help explain it ?
