I don't think any books are out yet that deal with this subject. There are
a few seminars that deal with this subject.

Subject: [SI-LIST] Book advice for PCB design at 30Gbps

Hi
Please could someone recommend books or articles that they have found to be
well written and useful for designing PCBs to work at 30Gbps. As this
relates to FPGAs, anything that also covers the BGA breakout at these rates
would be most appreciated too.

Regards
Jon
