[SI-LIST] Best book on Ethernet PHY?

Sorry for a somewhat off-topic post. I was wondering if someone could 
recommend a good book covering 10/100/1000Base-T PHY level? Alternatively, 
which parts of the IEEE802.3 are required to understand operation of the 
above in detail?
