[SI-LIST] Best Waveform resolution

Hi all
high waveform resolution takes more time in simulating signal shape in SI
applictions.
but is more precise.how can I trade off between time and exactness in
simulation,
what resolution should i select for example in SigXplorer(Cadence) for better
results?
