As part of a dynamic, fast moving sales team the successful candidate will need to be a self starter and comfortable working independently from colleagues but closely with customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Support use of EDA software in high speed digital/signal integrity design flows in the California Bay Area. * Conduct training to both customers and other AEs within Agilent. * Feedback customer needs to Agilent EEsof R&D to improve products and enhance customer experience. * Technical account development for new and existing products. * Work with Technical Support Engineers when specific on-site customer assistance is needed. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: * B.S.E.E. with 7+ years experience in the design, development and test of High-Speed Digital circuits. Higher degree a plus but not required. * Experience in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and EMI analysis * Working knowledge of IBIS and IBIS-AMI modeling and standards * Working knowledge of RF/uW systems, including channel modeling and RF impairments * Working knowledge of IBIS and IBIS-AMI modeling and standards * Experience with EM simulation tools and knowledge of underline analysis techniques * Experience with multiple design flows * Must work well in team environment * Must be self motivated * Excellent communication skills * Successful Candidate will reside in California Bay Area. In addition to Bay Area requirement, some travel will be required, 10%.
