This is what I thought…The coupling is not wanted, but somebody preferes the 
sequence GND/POWER SPLIT/POWER SPLIT/GND instead of GND/POWER 
SPLIT/GND/POWER/SPLIT in order to avoid crosing gaps in planes. The 
explanations is that since the POWER SPLITS are referencing the same GND, there 
is no issue.
