Converting from 8b to 10b using Matlab is very easy.
Just create 11x2^9 table. 
The input to the table is the 8b code + disparity (initial disparity can be
0 or 1).
The output (content) of each table entry is 10b code + disparity for the
next 8b to 10b conversion.
