12 kHz to 20 MHz range is a typical range of interest that covers many 
applications. And while at a minimum, 12 kHz to 20 MHz is probably useful for 
you as well as a rough gauge of the phase noise performance , you will want to 
use offset/center frequency that matches the spec of your application (i.e., 
PCI Express, etc.)
