high-width does not equal low-width.

FYI.....both the rise/fall differences and duty cycle can help manifest the 
second harmonic.

        It seems like the clock duty issue. Base Fourier technique, if the duty 
is not ideally 50%, the even harmonic will present in spectrum.

I am having an EMI problem with the second harmonic of a 65 MHz clock.
There is a strong emission at 130 MHz.
What is most likely causing the second harmonic and how can I reduce it?
The clock waveform does not look seriously distorted.
