This is a rare instance that I am going to disagree with Barb Williams--her words are almost always like God speaking to me: Concerning the puppy that was supposedly shipped back in poor condition--if this was so, how could a VET issue the dog a health certificate to fly if it was in such a bad way? How do we really KNOW that the puppy was in bad shape? It was one person's word. But the VET signed a health certificate and the AIRLINES deemed the pup fit to ship.
