That is hideous to fine the average homeowner up to $500 a day- what does
the family of 6 do? The parents get nasty letters from school because
their children go in dirty? Seriously?!? How sad for the people in your
area of California. :(
How sad for everyone who will be missing their kiddie pools this summer :(
