I have no idea what the budget is, who will handle, if the buyer will show the dog "smart", keep the dog in condition, free from injury, etc., etc., etc. After a certain age, YES, you know what you have, but I don't have a crystal ball as to how someone will campaign/keep a dog and what seems to be common sense to some is Greek to others.
