UPDATES on the lawsuit against the city of Louisville. Please crosspost!
The case on the substantive issues has been moved to Federal Court, and
has been assigned to Judge Simpson. This is not a problem for us at all.
Federal courts tend to be good places for constitutional issues to be
heard. While this move will delay the case a bit at first, once we get
started, we will move fairly quickly.
