1. whenever a new judge or a foreign judge officiates at a show there will be
an AKC rep present. this is always true at an all breed show.
2. judges do not award the points. they are awarded by the AKC after they check
up on the entries
3. so many people have asked me about this that i decided it was faster to just
post the information to the list.
