[ SHOWGSD-L ] taking dogs to Mexico

Anyone know what is required to take a dog to Mexico? A friend is
going for a couple of months and wants to make sure everything is in
order. They are driving if that makes a difference. Then my other
question is on the return back into the US what is needed. TIA
