[ SHOWGSD-L ] swimming dogs in Miami

To inform my south Florida friends, I am going to make an appointment with the
Animal Rehab Clinic in South Miami on SW 62nd Ave. tomorrow. They are a vet
clinic that specializes in rehabilitation of animals. While Sissy does not
need rehab, she needs basic conditioning, I can get time if they see her need.
Given that none of the heated pools in town are available for dogs, I will
take this. I expect that my vet will prescribe the treadmill swim offered at
this clinic because my vet sees the need.
I will let you all know the costs once I have hemeraged for it. But I know
Sissy is worth the effort and that she will improve tremendously quickly from
some swimming.
And remember to enter the Florida shows in January and February!
