to buy from her 6 puppies and he said her that he will payin advance,he was
supposed to send her the money but it seems that there is a problem for him
to send the money here in Canada,it seems that my friend has to pay some
taxes before he send the money here ,

MAY IT COULD BE A FRAUD?
did anybody ever heard of something like that?????
