Because, like it or not... he has done NOTHING illegal.

I am not a lawyer, so I have no idea what recourse the club has about his
membership. But neither GSDCA or AKC has any authority to "shut him down".
That would be up to the USDA. And since he is inspected, often I might add,
and passes those inspections, that isn't going to happen.
