[ SHOWGSD-L ] snapping at the wrong heels ?

Seems that if sod at the national and climate control at the national are
dictated by
the P&P, both issues become moot. Rather than screaming and blaming Bill,the
board, or anyone else, wouldn't it behoove us to change these P&P items so that
there would be a valid reason to even discuss them ?
I am all for outdoor nationals; most of our specialties are outdoors. I am
also of
the opinion that our dogs can work on surfaces other than sod. However, if
these two issues that have so consumed our attention the last few days are
covered
by the P&P, we are shouting and spitting uselessly into the wind.
