As you know menudo is what green tripe looks like after its all cleaned up
and sanitized! No thank you, no menudo for me! I got enough problems! As
for my bucket list... Truth be told I left it at school and one of my little
darlings stole it!....lol....Where are the Black puppies! Were they voted
out too at the last election? lol FB

I guess you have never had a really great Menundo.
While in the Mexican section of the market, I spied some cow foot (pealed
of the nail). I asked a passer by what that was used for. They add it to
Menudo for extra flavor. It would have natural gelatin to add too. I
asked another guy, he said to feed it to the dogs, hmmm not a bad idea, and
it
was cheap.
PS Ed, down here in southern California we have menudo cookoffs, might be
something to add to your bucket list.
